Count value, but the DeviceLogix module only uses 16-bit Word values.

To re-combine the Double Word, the following logic can be used.

Peer X (byte 9, bit 5) Not ready

Peer X (byte 9, bit 6) EEPROM fault

Peer X (byte 9, bit 7) Program fault
